Where the Safe-Dry method came from
Thirty-some years ago, cleaning a carpet mostly meant soaking it and hoping it dried. Steam machines drove hot water and detergent deep into the pile, pulled back only part of it, and left a soapy film that made the carpet soil again within weeks. Families stepped around damp rooms for a day or more.
The people who started Safe-Dry built their process around carbonation and as little water as they could get away with. That still suits this corner of Texas. A pad that stays wet through a sticky June afternoon can start to smell sour within a few days.

The order things happen on cleaning day

- 3Hear the plan and the price
Plush in a bedroom and looped berber in a hallway need different handling. A months-old urine spot needs a different product than last night's spaghetti. You get both the plan and the number before anything is touched.
